Dans une de ses publications du lundi 24 juillet, INFOS.CD a, en exclusivité, révélé que la Secrétaire générale de l'OIF, Louise Mushikiwabo, n'a pas été officiellement invitée aux IXes Jeux de la Francophonie. Cette information a de nouveau été confirmée, ce matin, par des sources diplomatiques issues du Groupe des ambassadeurs francophones en poste à Kinshasa.
