[Rwanda Forum] Enfants-soldats: les Etats-Unis restreignent leur coopération militaire avec le Rwanda

Le Rwanda est le 19e pays ajouté à cette liste par Washington. Une liste appelée CSPA pour Child Prevention Act, la loi de prévention des enfants soldats, qui restreint la coopération militaire avec les Etats-Unis. En 2013, les États-Unis avaient déjà suspendu leur aide militaire au Rwanda en vertu de cette loi.
