Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, a once-convicted political figure, is fighting for exoneration in Rwanda's High Court to regain her rights as a citizen. Despite meeting the criteria for exoneration, the prosecution argues she has not complied with release conditions. The defense refutes these claims, emphasizing Ingabire's advocacy for peaceful negotiation. The court's verdict is expected on March 13, 2024.
