[Rwanda Forum] L'intégration d'ex-FDLR au sommet des organes de sécurité rwandais contredit-elle la narrative FPR?


Si les FDLR sont effectivement une organisation accusée de propager une idéologie génocidaire et de menacer le Rwanda, pourquoi certains de leurs anciens leaders occupent-ils des fonctions stratégiques au sein du gouvernement rwandais ? 
Cette contradiction met en doute la sincérité de l'accusation de génocidaire portée contre les FDLR et semble indiquer une relation ambivalente entre le gouvernement rwandais et ces anciens officiers, oscillant entre menace déclarée et intégration pragmatique.
